About Dr. Dianne Cameron

Dr. Dianne Cameron — Behavioral Psychologist | Behavioral Insight Architect

Most people see behavior as a reaction. I see it as a blueprint.

As a Behavioral Psychologist, I bridge the science of behavior with the art of leadership. My work helps leaders move beyond authority and control to cultivate Behavioral Insight Intelligence™ (BII)—the capacity to accurately read behavioral signals, anticipate responses, and intentionally influence outcomes under pressure.

My expertise wasn’t built through academic study alone. It was forged in environments where the cost of a misread signal was absolute.

For more than 25 years, I have applied the science of behavior across worlds that rarely meet:

  • The Deep: Training 10,000-pound killer whales, where influence is built solely on trust, timing, and reinforcement—never coercion.

  • The Field: Navigating the complex behavioral loops of criminal justice and probation, where de-escalation is a life-safety skill.

  • The Boardroom: Guiding executive teams through disruption that destabilizes performance, identity, and trust.

Whether I am working with an apex predator, an individual in an interview room, or an executive navigating complexity, the challenge is the same—to look past surface noise, identify the real variables at play, and Reset the PACE™.

My work is informed by psychological research and includes a peer-reviewed publication in OMEGA. I am committed to advancing the scientific understanding of human behavior and meaning-making while translating theory into practical insights for real-world application.

Today, I serve as a Behavioral Architect for leaders and executives in corporations, Justice and Corrections, and Education—environments where misreading the room isn't an option. I teach the perceptual discipline and strategic restraint required to master the behavioral loop that determines outcomes.
